Stockholm in Metropolis

I’ve just finished my first roll of LomoChrome Metropolis! It sat in my camera for several weeks, so getting the negatives back was a nice reminder of the places we explored before Coronavirus ramped up and forced us to spend more time indoors.

I’m a fan of the desaturated look but I’m not sure it works for nature — colour is one of the reasons I enjoy photographing it so much. The film was designed more for street photography anyway, so I’ll save it for that.

Loving all the potted bulbs here! I’m planning to buy some loose bulbs and put my own pots together. Some of the house, some for the balcony.

Scott discovering some sort of chocolate bun we don’t know the name of. Chocolatey, buttery and doughy… so so good.

I’ve got a few more rolls of Metropolis left. Most of these photos were shot on gloomy days so I’m going to save the rest for the sun and germ free air. Let’s hope that’s not too far away.
