Introducing R2-Wapuu! Wapuu meets R2-D2!
Scott had the idea a while ago and with WordCamp London coming up this weekend we decided it would be the perfect time to share the project. I had great fun illustrating this! We chose to keep most of R2’s body and just use Wapuu’s head.
We know the WordPress community loves swag so we’ve printed 100 limited edition R2-Wapuu stickers to give away at WordCamp on Saturday — keep your fingers crossed they arrive on time! To get your hands on one, come and find me or Scott on the day. 600 people are due to attend the conference so if you want a sticker, keep your eyes peeled 🙂

If you’re reading this and have no idea what I’m talking about: Wapuu is a WordPress community mascot.
